Business requests:

 

Unexpected conference attendance or other urgent business meetings are grounds to request an earlier interview date. Please fax a letter from the U.S.-based business to support your request. This letter should accompany your faxed request. It should NOT be faxed separately from your request.
 
Student and Exchange Visitors:

 

You may request a new interview date if the initial start date of your studies in the USA is before the date of your scheduled visa interview.

 

APEC Business Travel Card Holder (ABTC):

Please follow the procedure above for an expedited appointment.

Other emergency requests (medical etc.):

 

Please send relevant details with your faxed request.
