New Book Tells Stories Of People Living With HIV The U.S. Mission in Vietnam and Wave Media have developed a book of 10 stories about people living with HIV (PLHIV). In the course of the book’s development, which was funded by the Ambassador’s Small Grants Program, Wave Media worked closely with the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Mission in Vietnam and the PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) to identify ten people living with HIV/AIDS being supported by PEPFAR programs. The team travelled to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hue, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, and Thai Nguyen to listen to their stories. 1,000 copies of the Vietnamese-language book are now available for distribution. If you have any additional questions, please feel contact the PEPFAR office in Ho Chi Minh City.
