Consul General Seth Winnick and Principal Commercial Officer Robert Bannerman met with Camp Dresser McKee (CDM) on March 24 to observe its Thi Nghe Nhieu Loc Sanitation Project.  The World Bank has funded Camp Dresser McKee to build a modern sewer and waste water treatment plant for one of Ho Chi Minh City's major canal systems.
