A/RSO Vince Carpenter joined with Cargill and leaders of Huyen Tan Hung in Long An province to inaugurate the 32nd school built in rural Vietnam by Cargill, under the “Cargill Cares” program. This school is located in an extremely rural area, only accessible via a combination of dirt roads, wooden bridges, a ferry, and a short hike. Cargill paid for the construction of the new school building, and turned it over to the local administration upon completion.
