HCMC Institute for International Education (IIE) Marks International Education Week November 13-17

ELF Ivon Katz speaks with students during International Education Week

In honor of International Education Week, IIE organized a series of events for students, parents, and teachers focusing on student life and the educational system in the U.S. More than 160 participants attended seminars and discussion groups. Presenters, including English Language Fellow Ivon Katz, spoke on the U.S. accreditation process, Internet resources for college applications, American culture and student life, and MBA programs. Students also participated in an International Education Week quiz based on the presentations conducted throughout the week, and five winners received book sets provided by the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Consulate.
