Dr. Jennifer Dickey, an instructor at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia, discusses the American novel and movie "Gone With the Wind" with a group of Vietnamese university students and faculty.  At the December 23 roundtable discussion, she described how the book, published in 1936, and movie, screened in 1939, continue to thrive as a cultural phenomenon in the U.S.  Dr. Dickey, a target-of-opportunity speaker, then answered a wide range of questions about characters and themes in "Gone With the Wind."
