President Bush Visits HCMC November 19-20

President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush, along with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and other high-ranking staff, visited Ho Chi Minh City following conclusion of the APEC summit in Hanoi. While in HCMC, President Bush met with U.S. Consulate staff, visited the stock exchange and Pasteur Institute, and stopped by the History Museum where traditional Vietnamese dancers and musicians performed. President Bush expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome they received in HCMC and expressed his hope to return to Vietnam in the future.
