Non Immigrant Visa Unit

General Information

The NIV unit processes the visa applications of Vietnamese nationals and other foreign nationals seeking to travel to the U.S. temporarily for business, pleasure, study, or work.

If you are a holder of the APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC), you are entitled to an expedited appointment. Please follow the procedures under emergency appointments.
