Artical Round Up: The monthly current awareness publication of the Information Resource Center, the U.S. Consulate General Public Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It keeps IRC users abreast of issues and concerns in the United States.

Current Interests Service: Recommended web sites with annotations covering issues of major interests to both Americans and Vietnamese.

Reference Books: IRC currently has a collection of 431 book titles in many fields such as economics, trade, public administration, sciences, technology, etc.

Research/Reference Service: Information provided upon request about U.S. policies in domestic and international affairs via phone calls, fax, mail, e-mail, and visits by appointment.

SDI (Selective Dissemination of Information): Selected information materials (journal articles, videotapes, books, online & CD-ROM information) are sent to individuals on topics of their professional interests.

TOC (Table of Contents Service): We distribute photocopied tables- of-contents pages from selected journals, which are available at the IRC in hard copy as well as in online & CD-Rom databases. Copies of articles are sent upon request.

Topic Bibliography: A selected listing of IRC materials compiled to support U.S. mission programs.

Traveling Packages: Contain around 20-30 books and pamphlets on a given subject and are offered to DRS institutions on long-term loan.

Washington File: A daily collection of the current U.S. information regarding the East Asia-Pacific region.
